The World Happiness Report (WHR) was written by a group of independent experts

This report showed that the happiness rate at the Middle East and North Africa countries is little than that at another countries round the world, specially Europe and North America countries, and that result is realistic due to many reasons like unstable issues in policy, economic, ...etc. at these countries. But, a small virus, such a COVID-19 may inverse the results, so, nowadays, we see that such virus caused very difficult issues in those countries that indicated high level of Happiness rate, more than the low level countries. Thus, world now need to ensure sustainable happiness factors rather than measuring present happiness, because happiness is not a moment feel, it most be a continuous feel.
